Flour Tortilla Rounder/Dividers
The Company imports the JBS Divider/Moulder to supply the FP 150 and FP 350 flour tortilla line with the precise dough ball needed for high speed flour tortilla production. The JBS Divider/Moulder is available in 6, 8, 9 and 10 rows with Max. hourly capacity of 30,000 pieces. Weight range from 25-330 gms with a range of piston and rounding drums available to meet your dough needs. Rounder Divider controls are manufactured with The Company standard components to assure the highest level of support reliability.
Flour Tortilla Proofer
The Company Proofers are to designed to provide needed resting time after the rounder divider and prior to pressing for ideal flour tortilla production. The Company manufactures proofing systems with 6, 8, 10, and 12 pocket trays and proofing times from 3 to 25 minutes. Proofing systems are available with manual and automatic humidity control, heater/dryers, CIP system for cleaning trays and sealed view window to provide view throughout proofing cabinet. All proofers are manufactured with heavy gage stainless steel and use plated chain to assure to highest level of sanitation and reliability.
Flour Tortilla Press
The Company now manufactures a full line of continuous flour tortilla presses. Continuous press technology offers superior control of product positioning during pressing to increase product consistency and efficiency while minimize waste. Eliminating the starting and stopping the press belt improves the positioning of dough ball during pressing. Ideal placement during pressing improves consistency in size and reduces double and scap. Continuous flow of product assures maximum utilization of baking and cooling surface to improve efficiency of process over the old start and stop presses. The FP 3630 and FP 4245 are the latest in pressing technology with stoke capacity up to 22 per minute while maintaining maximum accuracy. Presses are available with 30 x 36 and 42 x 45 platens with semi and fully automatic controls. Presses are equipped with a universal loading system that requires no changes in tubes or plates when changing from 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 12 inch tortillas, one system handles it all. Flour Tortilla Oven
The Company is the leading manufacture of three pass ovens for processing corn and flour tortillas, tortilla chips and taco/tostada shell. Three pass ovens are available in smaller atmospheric combustion for simple tortilla lines and high capacity pre-mix oven for large scale tortilla chips and tortilla processing systems. All series are available in a variety of lengths and width as well as belt types to meet your product and production needs. The TO3 Series Ovens are equipped with the latest in combustion technology to provide maximum efficiency and uniformity in baking. Stainless steel burner and frames, independent and uniformity in baking. Stainless steel burner and frames, Independent temperature controls, cross fire adjustment to control temperature across the width of the oven and automatic stack exhaust system, PLC control with gas efficiency monitoring are some of the features in this latest series of ovens. The TO8600 Series is our atmospheric burner line of oven for smaller capacity systems. These systems are very user friendly and provide uniform baking for smaller corn and flour tortilla production.
Flour Tortilla Cooling Conveyor
The Company manufactures multi-tiered cooling system for reducing baked product temperature prior to packaging. Cooling conveyors are available with stainless steel and plastic belting and in feed and discharge systems to match your oven and packaging system. Conveyors can be equipped with variable speed control and dwell meters, independent drives, alignment guides and air management. Equilibrating conveyors for production of tortilla chip are also available with the same belting, size and control options.
Packaging: Flour Tortilla Packaging
Automatic packaging systems incorporating our high speed counter stacked with smart belt technology to automatically move product from the counter stacker to bagging. System available for both corn and flour tortillas and can be designed to handle multiple lines into one bagger.
Smart belt technology stages tortilla stacks from the counter stacker on to a single feed belt and transfers stacks to the bagging system. System can be configured to match your production and factory needs.
